  I had to bring my car to a collision center next door with this Enterprise location. I was told by my adjuster to come here to grab a car. Thing was very smooth with receiption and go thru the process with me. 2nd day (Saturday), I found a leak on the tire and called. It was like 30 mins before the location operation hour, the receiption was giving me great instruction to get to NTB near by where I am and get the tire fixed. I was very pleased with such customer service at this location.

  Adrian went above and beyond to assist me with my car rental drop off. He offered to drive me in the rental to pick up my car from the shop. When you have baby car seat and stroller it's a hassle to uninstall and install the base and get the stroller in and out of the rental car. Since he drove us over to the shop I didn't have to unload baby and baby gear which was amazing since I was alone. He was super friendly and very thoughtful to ensure that mom wasn't struggling with baby. Thank you again for helping a mom out Adrian!
