When you have baby car seat and stroller it's a hassle to uninstall and install the base and get the stroller in and out of the rental car. Since he drove us over to the shop I didn't have to unload baby and baby gear which was amazing since I was alone. He was super friendly and very thoughtful to ensure that mom wasn't struggling with baby. Thank you again for helping a mom out Adrian!
