This clearly happened inside their automatic wash. I spoke with the gentleman working at the time—he was polite and tried to help—but when the man who claimed to be the manager arrived, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Before I could even step fully into the office, he told me to “get out” and refused to offer any assistance. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just accountability and help getting my vehicle repaired. Instead, I was disrespected and completely ignored. I have video evidence of the damage immediately after exiting their wash. This business does not take responsibility for damages and does not care about customer service. I would not trust them with any vehicle.
