They dont take any Pilot app deal like buy on get one free even though they call themselves Flying J! but when you wanna get a deal on beverage they are not Flying J anymore! Also bought a shitty banana puding and the lady told me to hold my hand up and wave the receipt on my way out so the other clerk sees it so they know i paid for it!! This is really the worst truckstop ive been in during my 26 years driving!!

Pilot/Flying J would never discriminate against or show favoritism towards any Driver as “QMart/Shell” has. Q Mart/Shell has Poor Truck Parking Management & Organization. The lot is completely chaotic with very few complementary spaces available. Management advised me that they shut off reservations requests on the app after 3pm; conveying zero spaces available, so that theyre able to sell spaces in-house on a first come first serve basis. They basically pick and choose who gets a space at their personal discretion. Due to the Parking Reservations option on the app not being available, it eliminates the benefit of Drivers being able to purchase/see how many spaces are available like a typical Pilot. This poor management strategy eliminates the equal opportunity for Drivers to pay for reservations. This unethical business practice disregards the Pilot/Flying J Standard while causing great inconveniences to Drivers. As a result of these unethical poor discriminative business practices, my company will no longer support or do business with this location at all.
