  I was in search of a starter for my 2024 Elantra and since it has stop/go technology I was confused as to whether I ordered the right one. I took my order to the Jarrell TX AutoZone and Ashley helped me source the correct part. Her professionalism, product knowledge and communication skills were beyond expectation!!   I’m writing to leave a review and give recognition to Lawrence, the Assistant Manager at the AutoZone location in Jarrell, Texas. This morning, my husband broke down at a gas station in Jarrell while traveling from Fort Worth to Austin for work. It was an extremely stressful situation, and Lawrence truly went above and beyond to help. He literally went out of his way to assist my husband with his truck at the gas station and helped get him rolling again. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help relieved so much stress in that moment. This is exactly what the world continues to need, good people helping one another. It honestly felt like God was looking out for us today. The craziest part is that my husband initially called the competitor where we originally purchased the battery, but the call disconnected and no one answered when he called back. Everything lined up for him to get help from AutoZone instead, and we are so grateful it did. Thank you, AutoZone, for choosing such an outstanding Assistant Manager to help lead your store.   Brand new store, awesome personable employees. If your a trucker needing something, it's an easy walk from the Flying J. They had the tool I needed to borrow and the reagent liquid to go with it. I've begun to really enjoy AutoZones in general, they don't have much for my Kenworth, but I use them all the time for my personal vehicles.

  Really appreciate the whole team. I broke a CV axle on Christmas Day, and when I showed up the next day, they helped me get back on the road.
