- JBJade BostMar 30, 20261.0Had called ahead asking about hours for a state inspection, just to show up and be told the only person they had to do inspections had left 10 minutes prior regardless of being open for another hour. This was not mentioned at all when specifically calling about inspections. My partner had to take time off to take it back today only for them to fail it immediately then proceed to keep it for an hour (which at least gives some context as to why they send their only inspection person home so early, cant imagine they're able to get much done in a day) only to suggest services that wouldn't even fix the issue that caused it to fail. Given the inability to accurately give information over the phone and the absolute waste of time that everything was once there, we will definitely not be returning and would not recommend wasting your time and money here.
