  What a waste of my time. This place was closed when I had a confirmed reservation for this location. Enterprise needs to fix their reservation system so it won’t let people reserve here.

  Said they were open online and I made a reservation here. Took me a while to find the location just to find out they’re closed. Don’t bother coming to this location.

  PLEASE HEAR ME!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Don't make a reservation, they will tell you they don't have a car. Pay attention to all the reviews, all the bad ones say the same thing. "Made a reservation....NO CAR!" The attendant said they were a "satellite location" and didn't have any cars on hand. The worst part is that the person behind the counter tried to make it seems as though it was my fault because "you didn't answer when I tried to call you". How about instead of calling me to tell me that you're a failure, you call and find me a car! You have my email, what was wrong with that? He also cut me off to take call on his personal phone. He was discussing some damage on a vehicle someone rented and I could tell by his tone, he and the person he was speaking too were running game. If you have to rent a car, you can still go to enterprise, but not this site. And to the owner, don't reply about how "you're sorry and you would like to discuss the issue." You really don't care so let's not waste each other time. There are plenty more people for you to rip off!!!!

  On July 3 my vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle and spun into a concrete barrier. It was late in the afternoon. My insurance covered rental cars through Enterprise. The location inside the Irving convention center was the closest where I could pick one up. I arrived at 5:55. Though they closed at 6, the young lady behind the counter was friendly and gracious and stayed with me until she had me driving away in a satisfactory vehicle. They also worked with me closely after my insurance coverage ran out and extended the same rental rates until I found a satisfactory vehicle to replace mine -which had been totaled. I paid ahead for a week. When I found a satisfactory replacement vehicle a couple of days later, I thought I would be stuck with five days rental fees that I did not really need. Not so! They refunded the extra charges on my CC and I returned the car five days early. Great five star plus service and very friendly, gracious and helpful staff. My only complaint is that this location seems to be understaffed and it is difficult to contact by phone. They need at least a larger voice mail mail box. This annoyance was overshadowed by the great service and friendly staff.
