  The oil change was about $100. Then I had the cabin filter and engine filter replaced. And with tax that was another $100. I mentioned that filter prices sure have gone up because I am used to paying about $50 for both. The tech smiled and told me it was because of the service charge. If I knew if they were going to charge an extra $50 to swap out the filters, I would have done it myself because it’s super easy. I wish I had known that upfront because it’s ridiculously easy to do it. I am happy to pay for the part. I looked up the parts online and it’s only about $50 for both. And also this time, the new staff spent a lot time talking to each other instead of taking of the work. This time, along with feeling overcharged, I felt like I was waiting unnecessarily. The tech even apologized for the delay and it wasn’t because he was busy helping another customer which I would have understood but I literally saw him talking to his coworkers about I don’t know what. I never bother to write reviews and normally blow things off but this time I felt like I needed to make someone aware of the level of service. The girl that worked there was great. The guys, I really don’t know.

  Managed to mistake the coolant hose for the oil drain plug. Further damaged the coolant system somehow. The Manager tried multiple times to gaslight my partner into thinking it was not a problem. Manager performed a bodge job to fix it and obviously it didn’t work, since my partner is in the shop right now. Manager even LIED to corporate that he sent it to another mechanic when all he did was try to finesse us into thinking a coolant leak was not a problem. His idea of “seeing if there is a problem” is to just wait to see if there is a critical overheating issue. Brilliant. Next time I have a gas leak I’ll wait till my house burns down to confirm that’s my problem. Had no interest in even looking at it under the lift. Oh and he doesn’t even know you can’t mix coolant. I mean you can but you’ll need a new car “coincidentally” after a year or two. I get an honest mistake man but you have no integrity bro. You just tried to get us to shut up and leave, don’t even try to respond with some double speak about how you’re sorry to hear that.

  The oil change experience the last 2 times has been pretty bad. soon after oil change I get this check oil warning the last couple of times and it keeps me thinking if they really did the oil change properly and filled it with enough! Even vehicle inspection the system is defective and failed the emission inspection for the first time. Was suggested to go for a repair but after re-inspection it passed. The last 3 experiences were pretty bad and I won’t be going there anymore! The worst part is after having oil service and got the check oil warning, I went there and they suggested oil change again in just 3 months…. They don’t even check if there is any issue!

  I’ve been going there for oil change for over 10 years now since it’s right next to my house. Always love the service there , the way they handle my vehicle, the way they inspect it, but not last night. I had never seen those guys before, no customer service at all, I know 100 % the service guy didn’t put air in my tires, but he insisted he did, I didn’t wanna argue. They didn’t reset my inspection light nor check my air filter inside of my car, what happened here? Can management look into this? I love coming here. Maybe because I usually come on the weekends and this time I came on a Tuesday night.

  I would caution customers about receiving services beyond a standard oil change at this location on McArthur Blvd. I came in for a routine oil change, which I’ve done here before without issue. During this visit, I was advised to add a few additional recommended services. After discussing it, I agreed. While I understand that additional services can take more time, I was there for about an hour. What concerned me most, however, was overhearing comments such as, “This looks strange,” and “I don’t know,” while work was being performed on my vehicle. Hearing uncertainty expressed in that way made me uncomfortable and did not inspire confidence in the service being provided. I will be monitoring my vehicle closely for any unusual sounds or issues following this visit. Based on this experience, I would recommend sticking to oil changes here, as that appears to be their primary area of expertise, rather than opting into additional services.
