They advertise charging speeds “up to 180 kW,” yet I barely got 18 kW — a tiny fraction of what was promised. To make matters worse, they pre-charge your card $60 and then take about a week to return the unused balance. At other EV stations, I consistently get close to the advertised rate, but this one feels misleading at best. If you’re driving an EV, save yourself the frustration and charge somewhere else. This was easily one of the worst charging experiences I’ve had.
