    Review of QuikTrip I recently stopped by a QuikTrip location for a quick break, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's clear that customer service is a priority here, and the positive attitude of the employees made the visit all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the food selection—particularly the taquitos. The steak and cheese taquito stood out as a personal favorite. It was flavorful, well-prepared, and had just the right balance of savory and cheesy goodness. Pairing it with a Blue Raspberry slush made for a surprisingly satisfying combo—both indulgent and refreshing. I would definitely recommend trying those together if you're looking for a quick but tasty snack. Additionally, the coffee was another strong point. It was hot, fresh, and had a rich, smooth flavor—perfect for a midday pick-me-up. Whether you're in a hurry or taking a moment to relax, it's nice to know you can count on a good cup of coffee. Overall, this QuikTrip visit was a very positive experience. The store was clean, well-stocked, and efficiently run, and the quality of both the food and beverages exceeded my expectations for a convenience stop. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

    I’m posting this because what I witnessed at this QuikTrip was unacceptable, hostile, and—frankly—dangerous for your brand and customers. Summary / timeline: • Date/time: 10/07/2025, around 4:55 PM (phone) and through ~5:10 PM in person. • Location: QuikTrip — 7575 N Belt Line Rd. • Employee identified: Emily (General Manager, on duty). • What I experienced / witnessed: I called the store first — the person who answered (Emily) was immediately aggressive on the phone with no greeting and no willingness to assist. When I arrived, the same hostile approach continued in person. What I saw that is unacceptable: • Emily spoke to customers in an abrasive, demeaning manner. There was zero attempt at de-escalation, politeness, or customer service. • I personally watched a Black family leave the store visibly upset and angry after a confrontation with staff. It was clear they were distressed and not helped or apologized to. • I observed a stark double standard: white visitors walked into the office and were treated casually and without challenge, while Black customers and delivery workers were confronted or ignored. That was not subtle — it was blatant. • When I asked for clarification and managerial accountability, Emily did not attempt to resolve or apologize; instead, she doubled down, remaining hostile and defensive. Why this matters: This is not just “poor customer service.” The behavior I observed points to a toxic leadership culture at this location and raises serious concerns about bias and discriminatory treatment. QuikTrip should not tolerate store managers who make customers feel demeaned, targeted, or unsafe. What I expect QuikTrip to do: • Immediately investigate the conduct of Emily (and any staff involved) for discriminatory behavior and repeated hostility toward customers. • Suspend Emily from customer-facing duties pending investigation. • If the investigation confirms harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct, terminate her employment and take corrective actions with staff training and accountability. • Issue a public statement acknowledging the incident and explaining the steps taken to ensure this behavior is not repeated. Final thoughts: I will not recommend this QuikTrip until corporate demonstrates that they take these allegations seriously and that there are real consequences for staff who treat customers — especially customers of color — with disrespect. If QuikTrip values its reputation and its commitment to serving the community fairly, it must act now.

    I stopped by here Monday 9/15 in the morning and the 2 young ladies with the gorgeous hair and lovely faces were so kind and attentive with my family and I and even honored the price that was advertised for my drink even when it was ringing up as a different price

    I just left this quick trip over here. And I don't know this man's name. He's a younger Pakistani or Indian man. But he rang me up and I got some kind of energy bar thing and he rang it up and looked at it and checked the expiration date and saw that it was out of date. Said he wouldn't charge me for it. Maybe there is some kind of alert that tells the cashier when the scanned item is out of date. I don't know. But if there's not anything like that then I just had to find a way to show that this is a really dope employee I just met at QT. He didn't have to do that and I hope he gets recognized somehow
