  I did the “lucky duck” wash this morning. The auto drive that pushing you through kept stopping, and my truck still had soap all over it. Also that included wheels/tires and they are still filthy.

  Great car wash. I have the monthly membership and go almost daily. Really go the extra mile.

  I’ve visited this car wash several times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Most of the time, there are no towels available to wipe down the car, and the parking lot is often dirty and poorly maintained. Recently, I went twice, and the automatic brushes inside the car wash were not working. Despite this, the operator still sent me through. It ended up being just water and soap with no brush action at all. On other occasions, the blow-dry fans have also not been working properly. Overall, the Irving location seems poorly managed. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

  Absolutely terrible and dishonest experience. They pressured me to purchase a membership. After I finally agreed, I clearly told them I only wanted the standard (lower-priced) plan. Despite that, they charged me double the amount without my consent. When I got home and checked my account, I realized the overcharge. I went back the very next day and asked for a refund. Not only did they refuse to give my money back, but they also told me I had to call customer service myself to deal with it — which everyone knows is just a headache. This feels like a deliberate tactic to overcharge customers and then make it difficult to get their money back. Be aware. Check your receipts carefully. On top of that, even though they charged me for a higher plan, the wash quality was unacceptable. The tires were not cleaned at all — they were still completely dirty. So I was overcharged AND received poor service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
