When I got home I noticed scuff marks on my trim on the passenger side along the window and roofline. My vehicle is less than a month old and hasn’t been washed yet. I know how these things go…blah blah we wash 100s of cars a day wo damage we can’t be responsible for marks that were already there. The only thing is they were not there. I would say just be careful and inspect before you leave not sure what good it will do. This is just buyer be aware. As expected the reply was just lip service on "doing an investigation" I stand by the review buyer be aware.

After the wash, my side mirror turned outward, rubber on the ceiling flew off and ceiling console fell down - this happened both times I used this location. I understand my car is older (2009 Highlander) but I checked 7/11 car wash to ensure and had no problems there. The machines here are just too harsh
