The technicians and the manager were on top of everything, even patiently worked with me while calling Firestone about my warranty. I feel so lucky that I stopped here versus going to Firestone because Mavis actually had the tires in stock, and they stayed open past closing just to get my car situated. The manager was even able to get a last minute (after hours) part delivered for the service — on a Friday. Really great customer service and even better business relations. Honestly the best experience, even with the unexpected inconvenience of a busted tire. 10 out of 10 recommend — thanks guys!
