  Car has been sitting for over a year maintenance light was on Per mileage and an oil change was not due The manager took a look at it topped off the windshield washer fluid reset maintenance light At no charge 🥰 It’s truly made a rainy, ugly day full of sunshine

  I took my car there yesterday, 11/14/25 around 5:25 for a state inspection. I walked in and the guy that was painting asked if he could help me. I stated that I needed a state inspection. He said let me go and grab my manager. The guy that was painting came back and said that his manager would be right with me. I waited about 15 minutes then the guy that was painting asked for my keys so he could pull my car around. He got in my car and started to pull my car around when some guy came from the back and in a rude tone to the guy who was pulling my car around said, we’re not doing anymore inspections. He said, such and such went home and that another person wasn’t doing it and then proceeded to walk away. Didn’t apologize or say sorry, said they can come back tomorrow and just walked away. The guy who was pulling my car around stood there like he was stunned and confused. I got my keys and told the guy thank you and left. My thing is, your shop list that it closes at 7:00 on Google Maps. If no one was available when I first walked in and you were told that I was there for an inspection then it should have been communicated to the guy who was pulling my car around instead of having me wait and then rudely embarrassing the guy who had my keys. I felt bad for him because of the way he was spoken to. I will NEVER return or consider EVER going back and will definitely tell the person that referred me to this place, that they should reconsider who they take their car to.

  THE WORST CAR SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Avoid this place like the plague! I dropped my car off at 5pm on a Friday due to a bad noise on my driver side that I thought could be the wheel bearing. Mechanic agreed and quoted $800 to replace both wheel bearings. Received a call from the shop on Saturday saying that my driver side wheel bearing was fine and that the noise was due to a bad cv axel and my passenger side wheel bearing. Total cost to replace my cv axel and the passenger side wheel bearing was $1200. I told the mechanic I didn't want to replace the cv axel but they said that they cannot put my old axel back on because it's shredded? DRIVER SIDE WHEEL BEARING WAS NOT REPLACED. When I picked up the car they told me to take it easy for a couple of days so the new parts “can settle.” Never heard of car parts having to settle before. Picked up on Saturday and was still hearing the same noise. I also started to lose control anytime I went above 30. Didn’t drive it at all on Sunday. On Monday morning the car completely stopped while I was trying to take it back to the shop. Had to get the car towed back to the shop. Monday afternoon I get a call saying that the cv axel THEY JUST PUT ON came off and a bolt needed to be replaced! Cost to replace the bolt was $200 but was waived in exchange for reimbursing me for the tow. Told them after they put that on they need to drive the car to hear the noise I was originally referring to since initially they said no noise was coming from the driver side. After driving it they said they could hear the noise and confirmed on the phone that it’s “100% the brake rotor” causing the initial noise. They replaced the rotor but the noise was still there. They refused to do anything else with my car so I was out $1200 with a car that's now in worst shape than it was before. I took my car to another shop and they said that the sound was my wheel bearing as along and that it's about to fall off! So not only did Kwik Kar lie about my wheel bearing being fine. They swindled me out of $1200.

  I had a great experience at Kwik Kar! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. The price was very reasonable, and everyone there made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend for anyone needing an oil change!

  I like to work on my cars and can do most repairs and service at home. I brought my car here to get the state inspection done so I an renew the registration. When the registration was done, the guy sat down and showed me a list of all the things they say my car needs and walks me through each item - including a transfer case and rear differential service. The problem is, my car is front wheel drive. It does not have a transfer case or a rear differential. Should be pretty obvious and from the VIN, they would know it's FWD. I ask him, to be sure I'm understanding correctly, "so you're telling me my car needs these things serviced?". He says "Yes, and I'll do the work myself to make sure it's done right". He offers a discount if I get all these things done at once. Based on this experience, no way I could recommend them. I can understand upselling things like air filters, wiper blades, etc., but it's scamming people to recommend servicing things that are not even present in the car.
