- KKKalebJan 6, 20265.0David, Mike, and Jake -along with the rest of the staff are truly the best. They made my process so seamless from the moment I called in. My personal car had to get towed to the dealership and since they didn’t have any loaner cars, I needed to get a rental car in a specific make in order for the dealership to pay for it (crazy right). Before I came to this location, I called about 20 rental car locations and went to about 10 trying to fulfill that request which was such a headache. When I called this location, they had exactly what I needed. I ended up having their car for a little over a month and had no issues whatsoever. Even after the 30 day mark, I had to come back in to rewrite the contract which the system said the car needed an oil change. David took the car next door to get an oil change and I was able to get on my way and keep the same car no issue. The entire staff is truly a blessing and super friendly.

They didn’t even offer to drive us to the next rental car location. Just a sincere apology which was useless. Granted they don’t have a lot of options (cars) which limited them. But 2/2 cars weren’t good. Another customer saw the whole thing and also apologized I had to go through that and stated his car also smelled, like smoke though. I came here because of the ratings, was verrrry disappointed.
