⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above-and-beyond customer service
I had a really great experience at this AutoZone today. The part I needed showed as in stock online, but when I arrived (by Uber, since my car isn’t running), they realized it wasn’t physically at the store.
Without being asked, one of the employees went to a nearby AutoZone to pick the part up for me so I wouldn’t be stuck or have to make another trip. That level of effort and kindness is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when you’re already dealing with car trouble.
Everyone I interacted with was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. This team turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I’m very grateful and will definitely be back.
Thank you all

Likely the worst experience I ever had! All I wanted to do was to return 3 items and, this kid name Ryan at the counter could not understand the transaction. Took the manager intervention to resolve the issue. Worst yet, Ryan at counter kept saying " see if I care" even after realizing that, it was his misunderstanding. Terrible service!

An AutoZone employee asked me to pay $30 personally to install a headlight bulb after charging $20 for the bulb. Installation should be free, and employees should not be asking customers for cash. Very unprofessional experience.

Service was terrible. Little young kid seemed bothered by me asking for help. Wasn't helpful at all. COMPARISON SHOP before you buy. Once I really got to thinking about how much I paid, it dawned on me I could've probably found my item cheaper elsewhere. l returned a couple hours later for a refund. and ended up discovering that I was actually charged $2 more than the posted price where he grabbed the item from. I was very irritated with them and myself for not catching it earlier in store. When I did the return there's was a different young man there with more warm demeanor. He apologized and said the system probably hadn't been updated to the new price yet. Yea ok if you say so. At least he apologized. Anyway got my refund and purchased elsewhere locally. For HALF the cost!!! I even found it 70% cheaper if purchased online at Target of all places. See this is why our brick and mortar places are closing!!!! Times are hard for everyone so of course people will purchase online if it'll help them stretch their dollars. If I can pay fifteen for an item online why on earth would I buy it for fifty in store unless I just absolutely couldn't wait for the shipping time. It's sad cause I really do like shopping in person but sheesh they have to nmark things up so high because of course they got bills generated from leasing the bldg and employees to pay in the store. Sigh
