    Every job has its obstacles, customer service skills are essential when working in these stores. The lack of assistance on calls is crazy, I waited 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone again. I get it gets busy, but what type of big corporation doesn’t have the manpower to provide customer service to call in customers as well. The lack of training, lack of management involvement, lack of work ethic on the workers I don’t know what it is because some store managers have high standards when providing customer service and it’s on the employees itself to implement those skills but nope. Then this new generation wonders why nobody wants to pay them cause you ain’t worth it that’s why.

    Very poor service. I went on Sunday to buy battery, same evening for a light bulb and next day for polish. They had 6-7 employees on floor BUT ONLY ONE Employee on cash register. On Monday it was bad with even customers in line mumbling. I even called District manager- VM FULL and then Regional manager and left VM and no response in 24hrs. I thought by expanding their store they would have better service but NO. It seems employees only want to work on the floor and NOT BEHIND CASH REGISTER. Wonder how come Oreilly and Advance Auto parts are still there when AutoZone is so big. Reason they in biz is because people leave AutoZone and go there.

    All the staff I encountered are so nice and helpful but Antony and Ivan in particular are rockstars. They helped get my battery checked, charged up, and reinstalled and saved me a lot of grief of having to worry about it. Thanks!

    Michael the manager helped me so much, he was very professional. He changed the battery on my vehicle and helped with suggestions on the correct battery to buy based on my vehicle. Thank you for being so helpful
