  I was sent a very misleading letter regarding possible reduction of my current car payment. So I scheduled an appointment to discuss. I waited over 30 mins for the salesperson to arrive. When he got there, he basically tried to sale me a new vehicle. I told him what I was willing to pay (a. Reduced price). He did the famous walk away to discuss with the manager and returned with a ridiculous amount that was more than what I was currently paying. When I asked him about the offer that I had received, he told me that it was a marketing ruse. I walked away

  I recently brought my Nissan Rogue into Clay Cooley in Irving for a recall service, and I had the pleasure of working with Norma. From the moment I arrived, Norma was extremely professional and made the check-in process seamless. What I appreciated most was how insightful she was; she took the time to explain exactly what was happening with the recall and what the technicians needed to do to get my car back in top shape. It’s rare to find a service advisor who balances efficiency with such a helpful, knowledgeable attitude. If you’re heading to Clay Cooley for service, I highly recommend asking for Norma!

  I went looking to buy a truck and could not of asked for a better buying experience. Sam Pemberton- salesman absolutely killed from start to finish of the sale. He had knowledge of the trucks he showed us as well as not being pushy like other sales people at other dealerships. Very seamless transaction. Even right down to the financing. Jason the finance manager helped us with the deal as well. I can not recommend these guys more and when we are looking again for a vehicle we will definitely be back.
