She is the type of employee that goes above and beyond and it's rare to find people at work who genuinely want to help others and execute the job! Thanks a ton, Dino, for helping me with my battery while simultaneously helping your co-workers and another customer with his coolant (those boys needed to take notes because you were schooling them) lol. Also, Dino did not make me or the other customer feel dumb as we clearly didn't know anything about our own vehicles! I appreciated your patience, and I want to add that she was doing this right at closing time when most people would do a rush job or lock the doors.... To anyone reading this review, if you are at this location and you need help with anything, look for the chick w/ the really really really long ponytail (possibly Hispanic) and she'll be the gal for the job!
