We were afraid we had to change the alternator because the battery wasn’t charging at all and he was like “let me check one more thing to see if it’s the alternator”. It wasn’t-the battery was “just” completely dead. Battery was still under warranty and they discontinued this model so we only had to pay the difference. Turned something that we thought would be hundreds of dollars into the price of a coffee. He changed the battery and we were on our way.
