- JPJulia Perez2 days ago1.0BEWARE… it’s taken me awhile to write this, but my husband is right and it’s important to share this. I got my oil changed in February, and after some time a light came of saying low oil pressure. We checked it and it was completely empty. After getting it looked at, some tool was used to tighten the oil filter so tight that it crushed the can and was on so tight that it caused it to leak oil. They had to hammer in a screwdriver just for enough leverage to take it off. So far my car seems to be ok, but that could easily have not been the case.

The truck has 28k miles. I asked how frequent that needs changing I asked 24k, he said no 20,000 miles. I have never heard that type of interval. I just reaearched and he was wrong. Never going back here or maybe to any jiffy lubes.

Why was the section lable state inspection open with the garage door open then? It's not like they were busy because there was only one car in front on me that they were changing the oil on. Seems they just didn't want to bother with doing an inspection.
