He spotted something that he shouldn’t have been able to see on one of the front brakes. He showed me as well and indicated that if the brakes were not replaced; the lack of properly working brakes would have been dangerous. I had actually gone in for something else. But what I thought was a problem turned out not to be an issue. He did check and showed me the numbers indicating that the battery, alternator and the starter are all checking out within range. I’m so glad he noticed the brake flaw and took care of it. I will return with any other vehicle issues and will gladly recommend this NTB. Everyone there was very courteous and respectful. Thank you.

Come to find out my value steam was torn replace it and it cost me nothing but time and trust i would tell everyone to come to NTB in round rock and see ic mike is about calm and professional

The staff has always been extremely helpful, even in my moments of panic when I had issues with low tire pressure! They have always been reassuring & helped me get back on the road in a matter of minutes. I actually bought tires here because of the actions of a helpful service technician on a Sunday morning! He found that I had a nail in the tire & that it was not repairable, so I ended up buying 4 new tires. I highly recommend this business & I will continue to support them with other service needs in the future.
