My husband’s oil kept leaking so he decided to go to different location where they found THREE towels stuffed in at the bottom of the oil plug. INSANELY UNETHICAL. Do not go to this location as if they break something on your car, they will not take accountability.

The positive interaction ended as soon as he called me out to my vehicle saying that in addition to the oil change I was there to get. My vehicle “required” a brake fluid change, a radiator flush, an air and cabin filter. I declined these services as I am able to the filters myself, and I KNOW the brake fluid and Coolant didn’t need to be changed because the BMW dealer I purchased the vehicle from 15,000 miles ago, had done the proper maintenance and inspections before selling the vehicle to me. Once I declined these services which would have added over $500 dollars to my $100 oil change, the attendant became short, hateful, down right rude. When I brought up I had a coupon and showed him, he said he didn’t need to see it. The sign also said vacuuming and window cleaning was available for free if requested. I asked for these services since I was paying over $100 for an oil change and was told their vacuum was broken. . All 6 bays that had vacuums were broken and that they didn’t have time to do the windows because they were closing in 45 minute. The 15 minute oil change service took over an hour in total. Then when I went to check out the coupon was taken off the bill and I had to ARGUE with him to get the promo code added and the discount applied. If you are going in be aware that this is their sales tactic. Pleasant and nice UNTIL you don’t fall for there pushy upsales and lying about services that don’t need to be done. Then RUDE and hateful when you just want the services you need. Will never visit this location again and likely pick a different quick change company next time.
