The employee handling walk-in customers was doing his best, but the commercial/counter representative was on his personal phone the entire time organizing items on the desk, avoiding eye contact, and not offering any assistance. It was frustrating to watch, especially with customers clearly needing help. I’m disappointed by the ‘that’s not my job’ attitude teamwork and customer service should come first. AutoZone can definitely do better.
