  100/10. I had been in contact with several other KIA dealerships around the area for the last several weeks regarding the Kia K4 - Most refusing transparency from the beginning. I called Moritz Kia Hurst to figure out numbers over the phone before I even went in. I was directed to Ceferino - He was amazing. I called him on a Friday morning and was buying the car Friday afternoon with prices already being set before arriving. Every question was answered with honesty and efficiency. He negotiated competitive prices and got me to a price I couldn't pass up. He knew what I wanted and what I didn't - He didn't try to sell me BS. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I give this place full recommendation.

  Andrew Gomes was delightful and helped my husband and I find a reliable vehicle for our family. He was very attentive and didn’t push any sales tactics, he made sure to focus on our needs as a family, and my veteran status. Excellent customer service. He took our used vehicle as a trade in, made drop off and trade simple to reduce worry.

  Professional & friendly service advisor with quick service times. Enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi and water in the break room. A few coffee Keurig pods. I would have had a green tea Keurig pod if available.
