I do appreciate the free carwash but I did not appreciate the rude, high pressure sales tactics. I asked if the carwash was really free and they said yes. Then they shuffled me over to some girl who kept trying to get me to sign up for a membership. I was so confused. I had to ask several times if I could just get the car wash. She kept talking about a $9.99 membership and when I declined (again), she said that the deal ended that day. Yeah, ok, sure. Why would I sign up on the spot for a membership to a service I haven’t even tried—especially since she was being so rude. Finally, she relented but what she did next was just insulting. She said ‘Ok, you know what? I’m going to get your email address cause we’re not doing this again.’ Doing what again, exactly? What is the implication there? Also, why am I being pressured to give you my information? Why so entitled? The whole thing was just mean and disrespectful. It did not inspire me to return. My other issues here are that the carwash didn’t take care of all the spots on my car and there weren’t enough vacuum stalls. I had to just drive away. I’m not sure why the car wash industry has become so problematic. I miss the days of paying a couple of dollars at the gas station carwash, not having to deal with these incredibly rude people, and just moving on with my day.
ALSO - this place just opened. How are there almost 800 reviews here?

You are better off paying $5.00 at a self-service car wash.
I didn’t have a super dirty car to start. Just some road dust and needed to get the windshield. Windshield was still dirty, and I had to use the damp towels to get the dirt off of my car.
The techs were super friendly, but the sales advisors were super pushy about membership (I get it. It’s their job to get sales). They take your license plate and make you leave your email for the complimentary one-time free car wash.
The vacuums are pretty powerful for these kind of car washes, the air gun is nice feature, along with the car mat holder to clean the mat. Employees were very on top of making sure vacuum area was clean.
Overall, I don’t recommend if you want your exterior to be clean the first time run through. Dousing the car in detergent again for another run-through is not good for the paint. Won’t be back.

DO NOT take your car to the new quick quack car wash!!!!!!!!
I know they’re giving away free car washes but “FLY” away from there as fast as you can!!
A few weeks ago I went to get my car washed there. I was very excited because it's a new car wash for our community and because it's not far from my home.
After leaving, I noticed that there was damage to the headers of the roof of my car. The prongs were popped up pretty bad.
When I went back, I waited over 45 minutes to speak to the team lead who then proceeded to take an incident report. She explained I would be receiving a response from the company in about three business days.
Two days ago, I was driving and the pieces that were loose, post car wash flew off of my vehicle. I replied to the incident report email, as I had not heard back from the company, only to receive an immediate response saying that because my vehicle was over five years old, they were not responsible.
For reference, I drive a Land Rover Discovery.
I am enraged and utterly disappointed in the lack of care or concern from this company. What they don't understand is that we are a tight nit community always looking out for each other.
I have attached the pictures and screenshots for full transparency. I also asked for the video footage that they denied it to me unless I file a claim with my insurance company and the insurance company reaches out. Absolutely ridiculous.
Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this company!! And please spread the word because having to pay for out-of-pocket damage for something you did not cause is never ok.
*update: the company has responded to my truthful review. The lead was indeed occupied but that doesn’t denounce the fact that I waited for 45 minutes to speak to her. When I arrived, the associate explained to her that a customer had difficulties and was waiting to speak someone. It wasn’t until that same associate was surprised that after 30 minutes I had still not been helped, that she came and told me she was in a meeting and needed more time. Don’t call me a liar as I’m not one…
I stopped by during their free wash promotion and had such a great experience that I had to share it. Macy, Quentin, Maya, and Kayden, along with the rest of the team, were incredible: positive, welcoming, and genuinely professional. From the moment I pulled in, everyone was upbeat and helpful. They explained the membership options clearly, had an amazing attitude, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
The car wash itself is one of the nicest I’ve been to. The attention to detail really shows; from the spotless towels and mat holders to the strong vacuums and clean, organized setup. The wash quality was excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Everything felt easy and well-run, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure customers were taken care of.
This team deserves recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. It’s rare to find such a friendly and professional group, and I left impressed not just with how clean my car looked, but with how great the overall experience was. Highly recommend, they’ve set the bar high for what great service should look like.

Pull in for the free wash and ended up paying $9.99 for a promotionary deal but I got the best wash Day offer and can continue to get those good watches for the rest of the month and after that it'll just be a small fee if 30 something dollars $35.37 something like this per month and then I get unlimited watches for that month so not a bad deal considering their premium wash is like 20 bucks or something like that but it's pretty good wash it comes with a ceramic stuff that really made my paint shine and the only complaint I got is it didn't really get my tires super clean and I would probably have to go back through to get those the way I like them, but overall it was a good wash excellent bunch of guys out there super friendly professional, Eduardo approached me after I had signed up and just followed up on asking if I had been told about their flock special, apparently you can sign up for more people for $5 a car for the first month after that it's a small fee of $37 a month or something like that I think it's actually like 20 maybe 25 I can't remember but like I said I pulled in for the free wash, ended up breaking out the old debit card. Still give them five stars they got to pay for that place somehow. And it was a pretty decent wash the dryers I must say are different they are these tubes that come out not like any other car wash I've seen they're very intense they really gave my windshield wipers up good pounding, very disrespectful to my windshield wipers I'm a but you know what they've been disrespected before and another car wash probably won't be the last time. Five stars for Eduardo give that guy a raise he deserves it. I didn't take any photos
