  Just left autozone and José Ramírez was very helpful. I needed assistance with the check engine light on my car. He was very professional. Muy profesional José Ramírez, la luz del motor se prendió en mi carro y muy amable la reviso. Its so nice to be helped with a nice attitude, da mucho gusto recibir atención amable.

  Jose Melendez doesn’t know how to threat customers I rented a tool and when I was goin to returned it he didn’t wanted give me my money back , he went to the back side of the store and didn’t came back

  I came to this location after having unknown issues with my car. I obviously had no clue what the problem was or how to fix it. Jose M. provided excellent customer service. He helped me find and resolve the problem quickly on a hot, sunny Texas afternoon. I normally leave quite confused and needing a second opinion, but this was by far my best experience at any AutoZone location. Jose deserves a raise!
