  I would have gave it 5 Stars i mean it has Great people amazing service but with this last car we just rented from them was pretty disgusting 🫣. But still would recommend 100%

  My husband and I have both needed to rent a car during the last 6 months. Both times, we used Enterprise in Huntsville, Texas. Our experience was stellar both times! Mohammed, John, and Akron provided quick and thorough service, made sure they understood our needs, were helpful with our changing time schedules, and courteous at all times. I truly cannot say enough about the wonderful service they provided! The cars we rented were in excellent shape, ran well, clean. This team is a 10/10 - highly recommend! I don't really want to need to rent a car again, but I will always use Enterprise of Huntsville, Texas as long as you have this excellent team running the office! (I have no connection to these gentlemen other than renting a car from Enterprise - they were really just that great!)

  I rented a van 30 days in advance. I called two days before pick up to re confirm that the van would be there per the reservation and they cofirmed thar it was all set. At 4:55 pm the day before I am to pick up the van they call and tell me that they dont have one. The representative proceeded to lie to me and say there was a recall on all their vans a week prior. Remember I called two days in advance and there were no issues. They offered to give us a transport van but we would have to use a credit card instead of our bank card. At this point I realize that they are scamming and lying to me. I hung up and called another location who confirmed there was no recall on the vans. They also said that the Huntsville location should have done whatever they needed to do in order to have the van there. The conroe location would not honor the price on my reservation. So all in all I did everything per their policy and they broke the contract. This will also be reported to the BBB. What a poor representation of Enterprise.

  They didn't have my car ready to pick up. So I came in right at closing just to have to fight about my business credit card not having the same name on it as my driver's license. Then once that was sorted, I found out they were going to try to rent me something far small than what I needed or paid for. The people here are not even remotely helpful and I'm now several hours late, without a vehicle, and have a hold on my credit card. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They cost me thousands.

  Process was very easy and transparent, although it would be nice to get some of the prepaid fuel funds back if fuel is hardly used by renter. Associates were very knowledgeable, took time to show me unfamiliar features in the rented vehicle, and dropped me off when renting was done.
