    Getting a Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise for a four week road trip was a winner for us. Now other rental locations have this same type vehicle in their inventory, but it was the employee that I dealt with who gave me insight into this vehicle that sold me and kept me from getting a RV.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Came early even though my reservation wasn't till five.They told me they wouldn't have my car till five came back five minutes till five.They're still going to have my car ended up waiting forever.And then all of a sudden, it became a thing where the guy never said the credit card.And the driver's license needed to match the person on the statement. This is my last time ever giving enterprise any opportunity to have my business. Turo has always been consistent for me.And I figured I'd give it enterprise one last shot while they blew it. Rent from somewhere else never here

    If you tell them about the brakes on a vehicle needing to be looked at they wave you off. Also, make sure not to leave any jewelry in the vehicle because they will not return it even if you come back the very next day and message them about it as soon as you drop it off. (I dropped off on Sunday and immediately messaged them.) They do not check their messages. This is the worst experience with Enterprise I have ever had.
