I came in after a really rough day with serious battery issues on my 2021 Ford Bronco—something multiple shops, including a dealership, told me they couldn’t fix. From the moment I walked in, both Diamond and JB treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Diamond went above and beyond to help me get the battery I needed without any judgment, and JB even offered to drive me to my car, jump it, and help me bring it back to the store. They worked together to replace my battery right there, even though the setup in my model is notoriously difficult to access. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such compassion. Their willingness to help, their kindness, and the extra steps they took truly turned my day around. I’m extremely grateful for both of them, and they deserve all the recognition. Thank you, Diamond and JB—you made a huge difference.
