  This morning, my brake light had turned on, and I was stuck in a position and didn’t know what to do. So I decided to go by AutoZone and see if I could get some assistance with my brake fluid getting checked and possibly refilling it. And, I received assistance without question. I do not remember the guys name that assisted me, but I am forever grateful for your assistance. The experience was seamless, the staff is kind and very knowledgeable.

  I am done giving this place a chance they never greet you when you walk in and it’s like they know you need help because they all just run away. The dude I was talking to. He has a tattoo of a skeleton on his hand. He has zero idea what he’s even talking about. He just added the cart with the most expensive items and not telling me why he was adding the most expensive items and then I didn’t even see the items at all and he was about to charge my card like dude what are you doing? Get a life. I asked him what is so special about these wipers and he just started reading the computer like I could’ve done that OK so thanks for no help at all

  Sarah Deleon and Herschel Hickman have excellent customer service skills as well as automotive knowledge. Today they installed some stubborn windshield wiper blades. The last time I was here it was a dead battery. There are several auto parts stores in Huntsville, but employees like Sarah and Herschel are the reason I make AutoZone the store I choose.
