    Great guy helping us out wasn’t looking to buy but if numbers were right I would’ve took one home. Manger came off rude because our sales guy was in a rush. Manger pushed him and quote said “ get on this guy those guys not doing nothing”. I work at a dealer that’s just something that’s not expected especially a manger no matter what. Would not recommend to no one.

    THEY SCAM PEOPLE!! We took my car in here to get a tune up. They called to tell us that my spark plugs are seized and I had coolant leak going into the engine head which can cause corrosion inside and messed up my engine head. Keep in mind my car was up-kept in all maintenance and my check engine light just came on, so this was odd. I've had no signs my car was not running properly They said I need a whole new engine and quoted us $14,000! Then offer to buy my car for only $5000 and try to get us to buy a new car from them. I try to look at all options, I was pretty upset and confused on how this happened. They basically told me my car can blow up anytime. While we looked into buying another car, they dare ask me " do you need to sell that car?" Like you want me to buy a new car and keep making payments on the one you just told me would blow up on me and my kids anytime? I just had a newborn that's not even a week old. Which they knew and still tried to scam us. I could not afford to pay for a new engine or really buy a new car. Finally, we decide to take my car to another maintenance shop and tell them what was told to us by ford. The owner of this shop was very confused and said that doesn't make any sense. He takes a look at my car and was able to switch out my spark plugs, coil packs, and topped off my coolent. ALL IN A DAY! Nothing was wrong with my engine like Ford told us. They were trying to scam us out of $14000! Or possibly even more if they would gotten the sale on us for new car plus causing me to be $10000 upside down on my payments because they wanted to buy my car for only $5000. (Which apparently would blow up anytime") probably to turn around and sell it for so much more. To do this to people is absolutely insane and disgusting. You saw a person who just had a baby and tried to exploit them. Do not go here for anything.

    Im a senior, have 1 vehicle. My radio and back up camera and connected service like rec and making calls stopped shortly after time change. Called ford tech number, we went thru several soft resets that didn't work. They checked my software updates and advised that my vehicle needed an update and they had experienced problems when updating so believed that was the issue that I would have to take it into ford service. Called closest ford- in humble. José advised he could diagnose in 2 days would have to leave it but from the known info didn't think it would be a big issue. I set appt date and made preparations to be without my car for a couple days. The courtesy pick up and delivery got one the star. My car was picked up on monday at 10am. I didn't hear anything back from Jose by the 3rd morning I called him. He said it was still in que and thought they get to it soon. I advised him I needed my car back no later than the next day for doc appt. I asked if he would update me he said yes. Still, No news, and the 4th morning came still no news so I called again. Jose said they had pulled my vehicle in the night before. This wasn't correct as my app on car shown it had not been moved. I again advised I needed my car back that day and please call me on status. That same afternoon came still no news so I called yet again, I was told Jose was gone for the day took off early. I advised the person on phone I had to have my car back. It took 2 hours but my app shown my car was on the move and finally got it home. I kept my kind composure through out this ordeal. My car had sat there for 4 days and had not been diagnosed nor was I informed at any point about anything only what I could get when I called into check why I hadn't heard anything. Im highly disappointed in this service and disrespect shown for my time and the lack of interest in my business. I had an appt set for my car over a week in advance to be at least diagnosed in 2 days. If they couldn't do that then call me inform me and send my car back. No one oversees these service people I guess is why my car sat there for 4 days. After my car was brought back, I was told jose would call me the next day but he never did. Im told you must leave your vehicle for 2 days when its a software check service because they dont have ability to get right to it so you cant wait on it. Okay but still no communication and disregard for your vehicle and time. Just to add, I had to order Uber for an unexpected emergency medication delivery for an illness that could have been avoided if I had my car during the extended time which added more poor service affect. Outrageous that dealership gets by with this. They dont give out loaners on used paid cars. I would not recommend any service at this location because if you cant even get a phone call status when leaving your car what lacks on service when they have your car in the garage while you wait? He couldn't even call and apologize because he lied about it being pulled into garage and shown he just dont care. No one overseeing so they can do whatever. So use them at your risk which is high.

    As harsh as it may sound, it’s hard to come across a pleasant experience in the car dealership industry, at least in my personal experience. I own a Land Rover, and for vehicles at that price point, you would generally expect red carpet service, but that has not been the case and honestly never has been throughout my ownership experience. With that said, Planet Ford has been by far the best dealership experience I have had in over 20 years of buying cars as an adult. They genuinely cared about my requests and were willing to work through line items to make sure the purchase was favorable for me. Ryan Flores is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. His ambition, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are far above average. He went above and beyond and got me the absolute best deal I could have imagined. 10 stars. You have a forever customer as long as he’s there. Thank you.
