    I had an amazing experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Chris! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He really knows how to treat customers right and made the whole process smooth and quick. My car came out looking spotless, and you can tell Chris takes pride in his work and the service he provides. It’s rare to come across someone with that level of attention and positive energy these days. If you’re coming to Quick Quack, definitely hope you get Chris—he’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!

    Refused service and wouldn’t give an explanation. The guy just mean mugged me and said he wouldn’t let me through. Ok, so the owner is now claiming that it’s because I don’t have a membership. I’ve never had a membership I’ve always paid for a single wash. It is outrageous to accuse me of not being able to pay when the staff is the reason I was denied not a payment issue. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

    Xavier was greatly attentive to my needs when i arrived. He was polite and professional. Had a great smile and demeanor and truly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure i had a great experience. This young man is the definitive standard of what it means to be a great employee.

    I was approached by team member at vacuums and told I could not vacuum first and then wash my truck. Team member told me to leave. I explained I was doing inside first and going through car wash to get pollen off. Team member said he was going to get in trouble and was getting manager. A manager (Kelly) came around the corner and was immediately combative. I explained to her just like Team member my intentions. She told me if I wanted to use vacuums I had to pay for car wash immediately. I told her okay, but was not even given that option before being told to leave by team member. Same team member was there are started to argue. I started to respond and the manager told me she already corrected him so don't speak to him. I asked if he was already corrected - why was he still trying to argue with me. She told the team member to give her the device to charge me for a car wash and I told her nevermind, I'd just leave. At this point I was embarrassed from other customers stopping from their cars are watching the commotion. I told her Mister Carwash was across the street and I'd just go there. The manager stood in front of my truck, smiled as big as she could and waved bye to me to leave. I've always used Quick Quack and never had a bad experience - this was enough to make me never want to come back. Horrible horrible experience. Edit : your response has some inaccuracies that I would like to address. I was not approached by one team member I was approached by two. The first team member told me that I was not allowed to vacuum out my car first without washing my car. At that time I let the team member know that I was vacuuming my car first and then going through the car wash he told me that I could not do it in that order and left. The second team member approached me and asked me what happened I explained to him the situation and my intentions and he said that was fine. The first team member approached me and told me that I needed to leave if I was not paying for a car wash I let him know right then I was paying for a car wash I was just doing it in opposite order he told me that he was going to get his manager. When the manager approach she was already combative and rude I explained to her my intentions are already knew that I must purchase a car wash in order to use the amenities. That is when I was offered to purchase a car wash. I let her know I was given that option by the first team member before he told me to leave. At that time the first team member started to argue with me and that's when the manager told him to step back up to the curb she then yelled at him to give her the device to charge me for a car wash. At this time other customers were watching the commotion I told her that since I was told to leave I would leave and go to another car wash at that time she smiled and waved bye to me. I would really expect you to re-watch the footage because what you just posted was not the order of the actions. As a manager I would hope that she would be welcoming to customers and not rude and waving them away. Your response is disappointing and seems as if you are making excuses for poor customer service
