- RDRussell D.4 days ago5.0I don't do this often. So hopefully they appreciate the feedback. Will and his team have ALWAYS been as professional as can be. Have never tried to over sell me..... and most importantly, gracious and patient with me as I can be quite a hand full forward mechanic. They have not always given ne the best of news but they have always gone above and beyond to serve the customer. .. that is a direct result of Will and his leadership. Devon we don't know each other but your Manager is irreplaceable and deserves a raise and a bonus. Just for my truck alone... believe me when I tell you, they have seen the full extent of my undercarriage. Top notch. No notes.

Also her knowledge is amazing she was able to walking me down through everything, I truly Thank God for her.
