After I gave him a $7 dollar tip before I seen my car very disappointed with Mister car wash and would never come back again poor service do better

To make matters worse, they either stole or threw away my jumper cables. I specifically told the lady to make sure the interior was cleaned well, and she assured me they would. I ended up having to grab a rag from the girl cleaning my car and do it myself; she didn't even offer to help. Poor service and a poor facility. I’d rather go to the self-service wash and do it myself!
- CCCammie CooleyMar 13, 20262.0I always get an interior and exterior cleaning. The past few times, the interior has been lacking. I just left, and the bug that died in my dash…it’s still there. They barely wiped down the inside of the vehicle. Basically they spritzed some fragrance and wiped the windows. They always manage to remove my dash cam from the window as well, which tells me they were right there to wipe the dash, but didn’t. The outside wash was fine. Nothing to call home about and they do usually run it through a second time if the pollen is caked on. For $38, you can get a better wash by your neighborhood detailed that will come to you.
