    Awesome customer service from this location. Both LaVares and Bruce went out of their way to get me in a rental in my budget on short notice. They came in clutch when I swapped the original rental out to one that better suited me. Thanks You Both.

    I always have a speedy, easy, rental experience. Bruce and his crew are excellent when it comes to getting me on my way in a clean, reliable beautiful rental. He also makes note of special request and does his due diligence to accommodate. What more could you ask for. 10/10

    Hello, please be aware of this location. I called and was given a 2:30-3:00 reservation time. I arrived about a quarter to 3:00. There was one gentleman at the counter however there were several people waiting. I wasn’t sure what was going on. The guy at the counter asked “how may I help you” and checked me in. He did not tell me that the wait would take over 3 hours. I wish he had because I would have left. After sitting a few minutes and noticing that others were just idle and waiting. I asked how long would it take. He said that the two detailers were on lunch, they were short handed and it was only two of them. Now this was after 3 pm. I’m not sure why lunch time would occur that late and why would you send them both at the same time if your busiest day is Monday! Doesn’t make sense to me. I said ok. Continued to wait because I really need a rental. Mind you my four month old grand daughter is in the car with my son. It’s actually too cold to have her out of the house but I had no choice. As time went on another guy appears, I guess he’s the manager and gives a speech apologizing for the delay. He proceeds to tell us that their short handed, there’s only 1 detailer and later tells me that their short handed and one of the detailers had a family emergency. Long story short I wasn’t the last to arrive but the last to be serviced with a vehicle. After waiting over 3 hours. He gives me options because they are short on vehicles. My options were a van that smelled like marijuana which I declined or a Ford pick up truck. I chose the truck. Then he tells me I have to bring it back Tuesday or Wednesday to switch it out for the vehicle I’m approved for. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m like what???? Now this rental is due to an insurance claim. I asked him how much longer because he didn’t keep me in the loop and clearly saw me waiting. I had to ask him if the truck was in detail. He responded quickly and kept on with whatever he was doing. He finally told me the truck was ready and instead of pulling it up like they had done for all the other customers, he expected me to walk to the vehicle in cold weather with my four month old grandbaby. I said sir can you at least pull the truck up! He said oh I thought you were going to follow me. Now why would I do that with a baby? SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ He pulled it up to inspect it and collect the $50 deposit and I tried to present him with my sons card because I couldn’t use mine and he declined saying the card had to be in my name. By this time I was angry 😡 He then told me that he couldn’t collect the money any other way besides using my card with a chip. I got out of the truck and left. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never return to that location again! Customer service sucks and they need additional training! They also need to get their lies straight! Very very very unprofessional

    I had such a great experience with Cassie! We spoke over the phone, and she had an amazing, positive attitude the entire time. She provided great service, was very polite, and made everything so easy to understand. You can truly tell she cares about helping people. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness!
