The one in kingwood usually has me out in less than 15, I don't know if they're understaffed today or what but it seems they are barely attending to my car and I have places to be, I will not be returning to this location.:) Edit: still here and the truck the pulled in after me got an oil change and left already lol

He’s here Monday through Thursday, but if you can’t catch him, George, Kay and Welcome and Amazing as well! Sidenote, you’re going to love their call out, I think it’s so fun, lol, And you don’t have to even get out of the car!

About halfway home, I heard a loud noise from under my car and had to pull over off the interstate in rush hour. I then had to wait for an hour for someone from there to come and remove it so I could make it home. My engine guard was crumpled and ruined. The manager offered to replace it for free at the time, so I failed to file a complaint then. Have since not been able to reach her and when I went back up there to get it replaced, the employees there acted like that had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed and now I will have to pay to replace it myself. Do not get your oil changed here!
