I called and got customer care they reached out to the location I went to and sent a worker to assess the problem we were having they brought a quarter of oil and we were able to make it back to the location and we chose to have a full oil change none service was wonderful they were attentive to all our concerns and answered questions.

There was no greeting, no smiles, no customer service skills whatsoever by anyone present until James showed up at the very end. Angel I believe is new and had questions for Creek, which he seemed highly annoyed by each time he was asked. It was so awkward. I was able to get my emissions done and without a wait and able to stay in my car, so that’s the 2 stars. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

The one in kingwood usually has me out in less than 15, I don't know if they're understaffed today or what but it seems they are barely attending to my car and I have places to be, I will not be returning to this location.:) Edit: still here and the truck the pulled in after me got an oil change and left already lol
