Did not even entertain a discussion. Just nope not our fault. Damage occurred at the shop PERIOD. I am not a scammer trying to get something for nothing. Manager completely denied. Stated idk what you did to your truck after you left here. Excuse me. I don’t think I have the ability to “move” my own windshield out of place. And if it was like that when it arrived why didn’t you address it with me at that time. I was only there for a chip repair however I left with a gaping gap at the bottom of the windshield that apparently I caused myself in order to rip off safelite. Ha ha. It’s been 3 days now, warranty rep came and agreed with me but safelite has still not said bring it back to get it corrected. Giant chains are experts at protecting their own at all cost. Well I am also an expert at protecting my own and I will not allow a company to damage my vehicle and just walk away.
