Brian College Station location on the other hand can go bite dirt with their lazy employees who lie and can’t complete a job that was obviously possible to complete as Martina showed! The next day the chip reappeared and was told they would cover it under the warranty with a free windows replacement because the repair didn't work. The new tech came out and was now being charged $325. I spoke with a separate rep the day before to confirm appt and $0 charge. When i asked the 2nd tech then what does their 30day warranty cover that is being advertised in my texts after my initial repair, she said neither her or manager know of a warranty. This is extremely negligent and unprofessional on everyone's part, especially a manager. Your employees should be trained on your policies. Don't use them!
