  Always something going on with the pumps!! Idk why is like that tho this damn location is pretty damn new and there isn’t a single day they go by without problems. Sometimes diesel don’t work sometimes it’s the def and sometimes it’s both any pump any day anytime. They are so lazy they can’t even tag the pumps or use cones to let drivers know which pump is out of service. It’s gotten so bad in so little time🤦‍♂️ seriously QT yall can do better than that

  I’m on my visit to the USA, and it was my first time fueling my car here. The multiple options honestly confused me, so I went to the cashier and asked for help. The gentleman kindly came outside and guided me on the best option. I forgot to ask his name, but I’m truly thankful for his help.

  This company has become incredibly disappointing. I used to park here regularly because it was a safe and reliable place to leave my vehicle. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Trucks are now being towed even when left for a short amount of time, and the signage explaining this policy is obscure, poorly placed, and nearly impossible to see. To make matters worse, the tow company charges an outrageous $2,600 to release the truck. It’s hard not to view this as a coordinated racket, and it certainly raises questions about whether the manager is receiving some sort of kickback. When so many trucks are being towed, it’s clear that the real issue is inadequate notice. There should be large, clear, easily readable signs at every entrance to the property—not hidden warnings that practically guarantee customers will be taken advantage of. Because of this predatory setup, I will never give this company my business again. You’ve lost a long-time customer due to practices that are unfair, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.
