  Brought my 2007 Tahoe get an overall inspection and was ready to pay when I was told that a multi-point inspection is done to every vehicle that comes into there shop. I was delighted to hear that. After that the young lady named Faith explained to me all major and minor concerns with my vehicle and the steps that were needed to get my vehicle back in top shape. I ended doing my wiper blades to start and decided to come back another time to get some more work done and the whole team there seemed happy to help and excited for my next visit and so am I.

  I went to this NTB for the first time today and they had the best customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was helped immediately, all my questions were answered with great detail and my car was taken care quickly!! I will definitely be coming back!

  Faith at the front desk was very kind, professional, and informative. She took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole process feel less stressful. Really appreciate her honesty and customer service.

  first, I do not ever leave reviews like this. I have over 20 years in customer service and have been on both sides of customer service as a manager and a customer. However, I have never experienced the level of bullying or aggressive speech from a manager in those 20 years as I did today. They completed a great alignment on my husbands truck however, his AC had stopped cooling and AJ said an Evac and recharge would fix it 9 times out of 10. My husband said can you check it first and if that is what fixes it then Do it. Now I fully understand that it would require diagnosis which is what my understanding a system check is which is what should have occurred. They did an evac and recharge and called to let us know it didn’t fix it, the truck would need a full AC replacement that we would still be charged for the evac and replacement. Now i understand a diagnostic fee but not being charge for a service that we didn’t fully ask for nor did it fix anything and then being told take it or leave it and it’s going to cost another $1800 to fix it. Faith who is very kind truly she was great went and got AJ, this 6 foot 5” man walked over and didn’t even greet me. Looked over me, (i am 5’5”) as I was the only person in the room that was a customer and said now who am I talking too and what is your problem. I was immediately put off and he said where’s your husband and i said the truck is in my name and i am the one paying so you’ll be talking to me and he said look lady he agreed to the service and im not going to let you take food out of my family’s mouth or my workers mouth that’s my Freon in the truck and if you don’t pay we keep the truck. I said then take the Freon because it didn’t fix it and don’t charge us except for a diag fee, I don’t understand why you can’t even work with us on this considering the issue isn’t fixed and charge us a diag fee since your solution didn’t actually solve the problem and he said look lady NTB was bought out we did the service. He is the 1% where it didn’t fix it and you do what you gotta do but you don’t pay then you don’t get the vehicle and he verbally agreed to it, which he didn’t he agreed to a system check. And stood there and said so what do you want to do… I paid because I was bullied into it and he had the keys. I feel completely ripped off and I am floored that NTB or well now Mavis actually has this person representing this store. Faith watched the entire altercation and followed me out to try to offer a solution and understanding i appreciate her kindness. I called customer solutions at corporate because it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle that we are humans and kindness and customer service goes a long way. I sincerely hope the company reevaluates who they have customer facing or managers. Avoid this store because AJ will rip you off!

  I had to the pleasure of being serviced by Faith at the Humble location! She made my experience easy and stress free. She made sure that I knew, in detail, everything that was happening with my vehicle, cost break down, and what was absolutely needed— very very informative. I will definitely let Faith service me in the future!
