I came home late last night to low tire pressure. I was able to put air in it and make it to NTB this afternoon. Being new to the neighborhood, I was a little stressed out about where to take my car. Gratefully NTB was less than a mile away from my place. I will definitely be back for my minor car maintenance!

- MUMR Understanding6 days ago1.0I had the worse experience I’ve ever had at this location involving a tire change and the store manager, I bought a set of tires with a warranty, the warranty wasn’t showing in the system so I had to find a ride home, upon returning to show my warranty this manager still didn’t honor it, I ask who was over him he got an attitude and became distant, this was very unprofessional and I was there for 3 hrs, behind a tire, then I still haven’t heard from Danny the CTM, so if you want good customer service do not spend your money at National Tire and Balance
