  This location has the best service. I made my appointment online and they were on time. Jacob was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns.

  After being told by Land Rover Dealership that I needed a new battery and the cost would be $700 (+), I decided to take a chance and stop by NTB. Jacob, greeted me with a smile and I told him what I needed and his response was "Yes mam, we can do that!" He took my car right back to be serviced and to my surprised the battery test performed showed I didn't need a battery, at least not at this time. All I needed was an oil change and I was good to go. Because of their kindness, professionalism, and integrity shown towards me, the very next day I recommended my girlfriend to go there when the rental car she was driving low tire pressure light came on. They took care of everything on the spot. This will be my go to place from now on. Thanks Jacob for your honesty and transparency concerning the services that I needed at this time. Also, while I was waiting I spoke with the manger, Will who is awesome. He reassured me that he is a man of GOD who looks out for the customers he serves and it shows in his actions.

  I rolled up to NTB on a Sunday with a leaky tire. Jacob the manager fit me right in and I was on my way quickly. Very courteous and competent team. Thank you!

  The employees at NTB in humble (particularly Toneka Elvis) were so courteous, kind, and professional that it was unbelievable!!!!!!! I am so glad that discount tire happened to be terribly crowded which forced me to call around for other places to get tires and an alignment in which I found this place. The whole experience was truly refreshing!

  This is my second visit here, no wait again! Love that! Initially I was given assistance from Gunner and Jacob, I was greeted immediately! Very attentive staff. Coming here a 2nd time was a no trainer. They assisted me quickly and efficiently. Gunner brought to my attention things that needed to be repaired and was very honest about the timeline in which he suggests to get the issue corrected safely. I absolutely trust him. Clayton showed excellent customer service as well. Im very impressed and will always be back!!
