  David did a great job helping me out. Came in for an alignment. Ball joints were shot. I do most of the work that I can so David gave me all the information I needed to fix what I could at home and I will be coming back for alignment. Centered the steering wheel and did alignment check for free. No upselling. No BS just great customer service. I will be back!

  Gunner stopped what he was doing to air up my tires! Much better than waiting on long line at the other tire place.

  What a great place! My tires needed air so Gunner made sure the pressure was correct. Then he checked the fluids and told me I needed wiper fluid. Then he told me I had a leak which is why my fluid was almost gone! I had a really expensive repair on my car less than 6 months ago that is supposed to have a lifetime warranty! Thank you Gunner for fantastic service and honest information!

  I got great service at NTB Atascocita last Wednesday. My battery (which I did not get at NTB) had lost its charge and I thought might need replacement. Jacob at NTB came out, said the battery was too new to be losing its charge, and tested it. It was holding its charge. He then suggested we drive the car around for a few minutes and come back for another test. Sure enough, the charging system seemed to be working fine. All at no charge. Highly recommend.

  Very horrible experience took my truck to get an alignment and new tires. Everything came out about $1500 drop my truck off came back two hours later when the truck was ready I was informed that the technician sideswiped my vehicle while trying to put it into the garage I was not informed of this accident until my vehicle was done with the services that were providing the manager at the time helped with what he could the location manager had a very horrible attitude. was not sincere of what was going on at all. My truck is practically new. It’s a 2024 Chevy Silverado. Took the day off of work the next day to go with a technician to multiple places to get quotes I was informed that the quotes have to go to corporate for them to pick which one they want 10 days later nobody reached out to me nobody was trying to stay on top of this so I called corporate Corporate told me someone was gonna call me back in 15 to 30 minutes. No one did two days later at that point I was already frustrated missing a couple of days of work so I called it into my insurance. My truck was put in a shop a day later four days later I was back in my vehicle truck looks like straight off the lot everywhere else I took my truck. Everyone told me. Should have refunded my money back or even offered at least 50% off, but that wasn’t even offered at all. The general manager even told me why do I need a rental vehicle when my truck is drivable like some how this is all my fault I don’t know why they took so long to address this but I have a feeling they were trying to get out of paying the High deductible on business insurance !!! It’s not my problem!!! On top of it, my truck has a 360 camera and for the excuse that they use that the technician was not paying attention is incredibly impossible
