The staff was prepared to let me leave without properly cleaning it until I insisted. Even then, they could not remove all the oil. I was sent to their Humble location after being told they would call ahead and have my car washed and hand-dried. When I arrived, the staff had no idea about the situation. They washed the car, but the oil still was not fully removed. I was promised a call from the district manager, which never happened. Due to the lack of accountability and poor service, they have lost my business. I do not recommend signing up—save your money and go elsewhere.
