I brought my vehicle in for a wash. It literally took them two minutes to dry it off and say the car was ready. Everything was drippy. The rims were dirty. Still have dirt on my windows. Nothing got wiped down never again. Brand new truck wasn’t even that dirty first time ever getting it washed. What a letdown.

Tell me why the inside of my doors, windows or bottom of hatch was not wiped. And when I tried to ask the young lady about wiping it she ignored me and walked off. But I was asked to leave a tip. Next time I'll save my money if I have to come home and do the service I paid additional for.

We pay the $40 ish monthly fee for unlimited washes and today, I decided to get the inside done and paid for the power washing on rubber mats- tipped before the service was complete, it was done quick, maybe to quick because this is what my back window looks like 🤦♀️- an additional $31 for a car with streaky, spotty windows and carpets that don't appear to be vaccumed.

She personally inspected our vehicle after the wash, noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly, and took the initiative to re-vacuum the entire inside without us even asking. She went above and beyond to make sure our car was spotless. Excellent customer service—she’s exactly the kind of employee you want.

The wash was fine, but the dry and exterior was beyond awful. Young female with an ATTITUDE (after I dropped money in the tip jar mind you) because I asked her to wipe my back window and remove the water from my spoiler. Upon further inspection, water marks in my windshield and I received MORE ATTITUDE! I told her I wish I could break into that tip jar and take my money back because I didn't ask for the attitude section! I didn’t ask for a free wash and detail and tipped where I have watched others walk right pass that box as if it isn’t there. I would not want everyone to suffer because of the actions of one, but to punish her for the service provided I may join the others.
