She personally inspected our vehicle after the wash, noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly, and took the initiative to re-vacuum the entire inside without us even asking. She went above and beyond to make sure our car was spotless. Excellent customer service—she’s exactly the kind of employee you want.

The employees behaved in a rude and arrogant manner and showed no respect toward customers. When I asked simple questions about the service, they did not respond at all and completely ignored me. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer service business. I hope management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

At all, I am not the type to complain but I paid for the top service 😪 I wish i would have taken more pictures, but i was so mad and upset it didnt even take them 15mins and they were done! I could see all the streaks outside and inside...I was so mad i went to walmart and got a microfiber & some cleaning stuff to do it myself tomorrow, yall dont even deserve 1 star! My rims were still dirty really really bad service do not recomend at all, I really wanted go complain but i was just super upset.

The wash was fine, but the dry and exterior was beyond awful. Young female with an ATTITUDE (after I dropped money in the tip jar mind you) because I asked her to wipe my back window and remove the water from my spoiler. Upon further inspection, water marks in my windshield and I received MORE ATTITUDE! I told her I wish I could break into that tip jar and take my money back because I didn't ask for the attitude section! I didn’t ask for a free wash and detail and tipped where I have watched others walk right pass that box as if it isn’t there. I would not want everyone to suffer because of the actions of one, but to punish her for the service provided I may join the others.

The interior was not fully vacuumed, the seats had been sprayed with something and not completely wiped down, the rims still had dirt all over them. I paid for the titanium , the best one they had and tipped ahead of time. The girl that welcomed was friendly , that is the only reason i would give a star at all!
