- ESEric SanfordSep 26, 20251.0Terrible experience for both this location and the Kingwood location. Very unfortunate One-Star that could have been 5. My rental was scheduled for 11 am. On my way to pick up the rental, I received a call informing me they did not have the car, and their cars were all in the shop for repairs. I asked for an ETA, and the employee said he would find out and call me back. No call back. Around 12:30 pm I called this location to find out more details. Different employee who said the cars would not be ready until 3 pm. Then proceeded to tell me to call the Kingwood location to find a car. I called the Kingwood location mentioned, and they don't have any cars available until 4pm. I'm supposed to be at my destination by 4:30 pm, and the travel time would have put me past the scheduled meeting time. Enterprise: 1. Why would you put all your cars, especially the ones that are reserved, in the shop at the same time without having a backup? 2. If unable to provide a car yourself, shouldn't you be searching other local locations to fill your reservations? Or possibly notify the customer that their reservation has been transferred to another location so it all works out? 3. Why is the customer told to call around for something that is obviously on the company end? 4. In years past, if they didn't have the car requested, the location would upgrade at no charge. Why was this not mentioned at either place? 5. If you cannot manage your fleet to ensure customer reservations are filled, how are you still in business?
