    Advertise free pick ups and drop offs, only to be told two separate trips in a row they can’t drop me off less than 4 miles down the road. I travel for work and rent with multiple enterprise locations across the country, this has never been a problem. Employee then tells me they don’t have enough staff to drop me off, 5 min later asks a coworker to drop off a car. After telling me I need to get a $20 uber home. Didn’t bother comping my total for having to get an uber when their company advertises to drop me off. Avoid this location if you value customer service
