I had to get a new vehicle - after process that took roughly 1.5 hours f4om the time the car originally broke down to when I drove off the lot with the new car. I was then charged for the additional nearly 2 hours past return time for their car breaking down on me despite being told it would incur no cost because it was the vehicles fault, which enterprise was responsible for. I give 3 stars because, despite the car breaking down on us en route to the airport, the rest of the experi3nce was pleasant. They also helped out in a very stressful situation to begin with. Will I use them again? Maybe. It depends on how they handle the overcharge - i.e., if it gets reimbursed as I was told that I would not be charged those extra hours.
