I went in for an engine light check, he not only gave me the codes but grabbed everything I needed. I left and the truck stopped. David drove to me and jumped my vehicle, then had me follow him back to the store. He discovered the battery was also an issue and 9 days left on the warranty. Again, his shift was over, yet he stayed until my vehicle was operable and I was safe to leave.

Both Dave AND David came to the rescue and helped me process my return into a gift card for a future purchase. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but these two guys have the most helpful, positive, and genuinely friendly attitudes of any auto parts guys I’ve ever met. Finding people who genuinely want to help others at their workplace is a rare trait these days and this Autozone location is extremely lucky to have both Dave AND David representing their business. If a raise isn’t possible for either of these two, be sure to give them a major shout for not just doing what’s required of them!
