    So I went to get a refund for my lifetime brake warrantys and the young man who did the transaction put both In my kids name when one set should have been in my name. We'll now they' refused to give me the refund on the brakes in my name even though we're under the same phone number. If I had known this I definitely would have done two transactions instead of one. The young man who sold me the brakes actually told me he put them in my kids name but apparently didn't know it would affect the warranty. The manager gave me half the money back but said she couldn't give me the full refund I wish I had known all this but I think I should have gotten my warranty refund as it was not my fault. These people should be told and trained properly in all transactions they perform. I am really upset that they didn't honor my warranty Last time I'll go to that location. I've had problems there before but I guess I was hoping for better. Good luck if you go there. I'll go to Humble next time if at all. Go to O'Reilly!

    Anna helped me find the best battery for my vehicle and explained why it would be better to get the good quality battery. I didnt want to spend as much as I did but I believe it will be worth it in the long run. I appreciate her honesty and she installed my battery for me. Great customer service. Thank you
