  2 stars because everyone was pleasant while they were trying to swindle us. And the dealership is clean. Bathrooms nice. And we were offered water about 12 times. Bait and switch. The posted price isn't the actual price. They'll add several thousand in dealer options that are blatantly ridiculous. Ceramic coating for $1000+...on a 6 year old car that has scratches and dings. Dealer tinting that isn't worth half of real tinting work. $895 VIP package for optional service...but if you don't want optional service too bad. And if you get the extended warranty now you've paid 2x for that power train warranty...On a 20K used car it's well over 10% more than the advertised price. If you're shopping around they're banking on you getting so tired of shopping you give in. When you push back they say "Oh that $895 is on the website."😅😅😅 Well sure if you get out a magnifying glass and read the 82 line wall of text at the bottom. Reputable, honorable companies don't try to hide things. And then the audacity to say, "Every dealer does this."...no it's called a hustle and not every dealer does this. We've purchased quite a few cars at this point. No, all dealers do not try to sneak $2500 on to every single used car. Let's not even talk about the fact that there aren't enough people working in the make-ready department. So when you get there for your 2nd appointment to sign paperwork it still has to be washed and detailed. After we pushed back and had some of the excessive extras removed they acted like they were doing us a favor by having us sit for 45 minutes so they could wash it and put air in the spare tire. "Well you know it's 'As-Is'"... pretty sure the as-is standard isn't intended for basic cleanliness and readiness to drive off the lot. We're not expecting anything from the dealer here and have no intention of doing business with them again. We're pretty confident that the number of people/lost sales from our friends and acquaintances will outweigh the extra money they made. We'll get a generic "We're so sorry you weren't satisfied." Copy and paste. The thing is, we like the car. It fits our needs. And had a really solid carfax/maintenance history. We might have paid more and left singing their praises. It's amazing to me when an established business doesn't understand the value of word of mouth and customer advocates. That GM needs to fire whatever sales manager came up with this scheme and promote the one who wants to build the business based on customer experience and delight.

  Well, initially I gave a great review for the sales team that assisted me but follow up and return calls have been nill! They are just really good at selling! I've had trouble with the auto lift and my battery left me stranded at a very busy intersection today after owning it for only 2 months! It was a very scary experience when my car just died and would not start again! I learned that a new purchase 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and a premium warranty do not cover batteries even though only 2 months have passed since my purchase! You would think that a company like Toyota would make sure their cars have their vehicles inspected and fully serviced before they sold them to unaware customers instead of what has happened to me! We had to purchased and replace my battery today at almost $300.00! No Im really not happy with this company at all!

  Horrible Experience at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford Texas. I drive out of my way to go to Toyota of Fort Worth off Camp Bowie West. Much better customer service and better communication than Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford. Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford is a poor representation of a great product. Several people told me not to go to Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford, and I had a simple service that needed to be done on my vehicle, that was covered by the warranty, and Shottenkirk scheduled an appointment for me, checked in my vehicle, sat me in their waiting area for 2 hours. I asked the service advisor if they could perform the maintenance and they wrote down a 1-800 number for me to call the Toyota corporate office, and said they could not help me. I scheduled an appointment with Toyota of Fort Worth and they serviced my vehicle in 30 minutes, the warranty covered it, and had me on my way, and were very friendly and polite. NEVER again will I go to Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford Tx.

  I recently purchased my Toyota bZ Limited Edition** from Toyota of Weatherford, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Josh Cutlar my sales professional, was absolutely awesome and truly one of a kind. He took his time and gave me a detailed explanation of the Toyota bZ4X Limited, making sure I understood every feature and option. He was very friendly, extremely professional, and never rushed me. His patience and product knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a big shoutout to Nick the sales representative who warmly welcomed me on the first day. He was fantastic from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. I live in Dallas and drove 1 hour and 30 minutes after hearing about their great offers and how easy their end-to-end process is — and it was absolutely worth it!
