    We stopped in to have our 26 Toyota crown looked at because it was had a code for the check engine light. They got it in and out in about 10 minutes Mike and Jason were so helpful. They knew that we were stressed. We needed to get back on the road to home which is about seven hours away. They had our car in and out. They even filled up the gas tank and offered to wash our vehicle.

    This was one of the most dishonest dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The vehicle was advertised at $27,927, which should have put it around $29,500 out-the-door. Instead, the moment we arrived, the price magically became $34,000. We were told there were “mandatory” Certified Pre-Owned fees and add ons that “could not be removed.” That is false in Texas, you cannot force add ons on a buyer, especially for a cash purchase. When we questioned it, the sales manager Gracie brushed it off, said “people pay for this,” and even accused other dealerships of lying when I mentioned similar cars listed for $1,000 less. Her attitude was unprofessional & dismissive. They insisted over and over that these fees were non-negotiable, but the moment we pushed back, suddenly they were able to remove them lol. Claiming manager Josh approved it “because of Toyotathon.” In other words, the fees were never mandatory; the dealership was just hoping we wouldn’t notice and would pay thousands in unnecessary charges. This place relies on bait and switch pricing, misleading fees, and pressure tactics to squeeze as much money out of customers as possible. Read the other reviews if you have time.

    Today, 10 December 2025, went in for follow-up service. During the replacement of a radio knob, the service department individual made remarks pertaining to me, the customer, that was not appreciated. When servicing a vehicle, Comments related to the customer regarding their vehicle should be kept to themselves and not publicly expressed. I bought the vehicle from this dealership, have been at this location for service since 2023, I will find another dealership for the service of my vehicle for future needs.

    I’ve been using this Toyota service department for almost 10 years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us and our vehicles. I first worked with Sherry, until her retirement. Robert has been my go-to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and takes the time to walk me through every detail. I ask a lot of questions, and he never rushes me. He is patient, clear, and cares about getting things right. If you want someone who communicates well and truly knows their stuff, ask for Robert.

    Worst car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We went two days in a row with our baby to finalize a car we were genuinely ready to purchase. After working with a salesperson and getting everything lined up, the sales manager, Brendon Powell, came out and was rude and dismissive from the moment negotiations started. Because we didn’t want the added “VIP package” and asked to negotiate based on the car’s KBB value, he essentially brushed us off and repeatedly tried to pressure us into agreeing by saying, “Do we have a deal?” When we asked them to meet us in the middle and they refused, we told them we were done. My husband later called the store to speak with the GM and left a voicemail—only to be called back immediately by Brendon instead, saying we were “just mad” he didn’t give us the car at our price and claiming he was “completely respectful.” Screening a call meant for his boss and calling us himself is exactly why we wanted to speak to the GM in the first place. We were ready to write a check for the car, but his behavior made it clear our business wasn’t valued. Completely unacceptable experience.
