  Go to Bruckners or any other small family owned Volvo dealership for service. Avoid the Houston Vanguard location. Called on Friday 4/3/26 about getting a simple pm service. Service advisor quickly states they are open but will not do a simple pm service until Monday. Drop off only. So much for Volvo uptime services. Yet they keep calling us to sell their maintenance plan. Why would we purchase anything having to do with your maintenance if it’s going to take that long to get simple routine maintenance from our local dealer? This is the main reason we bought our new units from Bruckner’s in San Antonio. Much better customer service. The Houston location of Vanguard is well known for their less than stellar customer service on the service side. The next time Volvo corporate sends a survey about our experience I will be sure to express our dissatisfaction with this location.

  Stopped by with volvo had a 5mph de-rate active, vania helped me with the repair amd alex did a fantastic job of finding the bad supply wire that caused the de-rate, very good service and excellent personnel highly recommend.
