  I had my windshield replaced here less than a week ago and the trim is already lifting and coming loose, which is clearly an installation issue. When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me by saying I “left the tape on too long.” That makes no sense, as the tape is meant to hold everything in place while it sets—not cause parts to come loose. They refused to properly resolve the issue unless I drove back to Texas and only offered $20 toward a repair for a problem they caused. Very unprofessional and disappointing. They do not stand behind their work, and I would not recommend them.

  They replaced my windshield and they damaged the plastic thing at the bottom. When I went back the gentleman told me that it was like that already. Which I could not dispute because I did not watch them damage it. They also forgot to put my mister car wash sticker back on and they put my registration sticker back on upside down. For being a company that only does glass. You would think that they would provide better quality work.

  Beyond thankful and grateful for this place! I have been here many many times over the years. Over the years I have gotten all kinds of windows replaced. I always receive great service and affordable service. I really needed my window replaced today before the rain that is coming and they were able to complete the job. They are very hard workers and definitely deserve 5 stars. If you are in need of a window please go there and see for yourself.

  Same thing happened to me based on other reviews My windshield cracked from base and nothing touched my windshield And worked it’s way up to the top quick ..

  I had initial repair done 2 days before... Repair was done by someone else. It was horribly done. So, I came back to have it corrected. Dejuane, corrected the problem. He was awesome!! Repair and customer service were impeccable!!
