  I absolutely adore this location! Rashidah and Hannan were amazing! Great personalities and very helpful when I ran into a few hiccups. The rental process is literally a breeze and I’d recommend renting from this particular location to ANYBODY , everytime. The vibes in the office were so fun and light hearted. They checked on you during your rental duration to make sure everything is okay. I’m sending everyone here to the Memorial location. Easier and most affordable rental experience. You won’t regret it!

  Easy pickup and return. Staff was extremely helpful at check-in and return. Vehicle was above expectations. Will definitely use this location again for future rentals

  This Sixt Memorial City location exceeds my expectations every single time. The manager is fantastic, the front desk team is always welcoming, the guys in the back are great — everyone here is genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond. They listen to you, they don’t rush you, and they make sure your needs are fully accommodated. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it absolutely stands out here. The facility is clean, well-kept, and organized. The vehicles are always in great condition, and the overall experience is smooth from start to finish. I rent long-term, and this is my number one location in Houston. The only time I don’t come here is if they’re completely sold out — and that says a lot. I’ve been renting with them for months now, and the experience has been excellent every single time. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
