  I love the customer service at this location. My first time renting with them Sadiq at the counter was the kindness, he made sure to get me in and out fast. After renting a few more time I realized everyone working at this location shared the same values they are always fast, kind, and accommodating.

  After our trip of over 2,400 miles, we returned our rental car here. The return process went smoothly and without any issues. Everything was handled professionally, just as you’d hope. I’ve booked with SIXT in various countries now, and I’ve never had any problems.

  We had the pleasure of meeting Dee Dee today! Her son and my boyfriend share the same name, which made the experience even more special. She was full of joy and incredibly kind. Dee Dee made sure we were happy with our rental and took the time to ensure everything went smoothly. She clearly explained all the services and made us feel very comfortable.   I had a great experience with SIXT at Houston IAH International Airport during my pick-up on March 19, 2026. Even though there were long lines and a busy crowd, the process was handled efficiently and professionally. A special shoutout to Mr. Smith, who truly stood out. He managed the high volume of customers with patience and professionalism, keeping things moving while still making sure each person was taken care of. He accommodated us smoothly throughout the process, which made a big difference. During my inspection, I did notice a small dent on the vehicle, but I’ll be sure to report it upon return. Based on my experience, I’m confident Mr. Smith will be a great help in resolving it. Customer service like this goes a long way, especially in a hectic airport environment. Thanks to Mr. Smith, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive one.
