I have purchased a loaner car with 6000 miles on it and it had 3 complimentary oil change. Now they rejected oil change due to 2000 miles more on the odometer. The car was loaner, I have not started with 0 miles at the beginning. These are very cheap tricks; Don't get involved in such petty, cunning schemes; you're a huge Infiniti Dealer, it's shameful.

I purchased my 2016 “unicorn” Lexus RX350 from Sewell Infiniti North Houston. My experience was just like the commercials advertise. From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. Sidney went completely above and beyond my expectations and made my buying experience super special. As for the condition of the 2016 RX350, it was immaculate, honestly could have just rolled off of a showroom floor. Flawless. Hence, me calling it my “unicorn” car.
I’m now in the market for a second vehicle and went straight to Sewell again to find another unicorn with my friend Sidney.
You can count on the folks at Sewell to completely change your outlook of car buying. Who knew it COULD be enjoyable?

I purchased a pre owned car from Sewell 6 years ago that I wanted to go ahead and trade in. Sewell didn’t let me down last time so I decided to call them again. The man that sold me my car didn’t work there anymore so I asked if there was anyone there that could help me that was equivalent to him; they put me through to Erika Vera. I explained my situation, she asked me a few questions, and told me she would call me back. She paid very close attention, she understood, and found me the most perfect car within my price range, that fit my personality, and knew it would be everything I wanted and more. She sent me pictures and the details of the car. By the end of the 9-5 work day (keep in mind I didn’t call her until around 10:30 that morning) all I needed to do was test drive it and sign. She was extremely thorough and took her time with me while literally going over each and every single page when it came time to sign. No fine print to read and no hidden agendas whatsoever. Erika went way over above and beyond for me; WAY over. AND it was in such a short amount of time. I have never in my life had such an amazing experience buying a car as I did with her. She’s very dedicated to her customers and their satisfaction. Erika not only makes you feel as if you’re THE MOST important customer in a crowded room, she makes you feel like family.
